Antenna patches on a PCB

I'm new to Eagle and I'm trying to design simple PCBs with copper RF antenna patches. I think I understand how I link to a board in Fusion 360. Although I can show the patches in Fusion 360, I suspect that I can only pull across the board with its shape and holes. I also guess that I have to make custom components in a custom library in Eagle and then pull them back to Fusion 360 to show them on the bare board.
My main question is how to create an antenna patch as a custom component. I cannot show my real design but I attach a jpg of a very simple board with 2 copper patches with a hole at one end of each patch.
My ultimate aim is a very simple Gerber file for the PCB manufacturer.
I would very much appreciate assistance on this.
