Adding a buss is not working quite right for me.

You can see that there are net names on the connector at the bottom of the schematic but there are no net names up above on the MCU board. How do I add net names on the top end of the buss?

You can right click on the bus, choose "Breakout bus", then single or all nets, as you need. They will be automatically labelled.

Or, you could simply add LABEL to each net.
As you would normally do when NOT using a bus.
Right-click on the net, choose "Label".
