2D & 3D PCB documents are out of sync.

Hello Sir,

We are designing PCB for our company and for that we have done 2D PCB but components are not showing in 3D.

I don't know why it is happening but we have to recover it .

Give us solution ASAP.

I hope you're doing well. I answered another thread about this issue. The pictures you have posted don't make sense to me. The first picture clearly shows that the board outline is not being recognized at which point the 3D PCB will not work so the 3D png you have linked can't be the current state of the PCB.

Couple of things you can try based on what you are saying. Go into the 2D PCB and push to the 3D PCB if your components are missing from the 3D PCB only then this should solve it. Make sure to check that the Detect board shape preference is checked and that the board outline is a perfectly closed contour. Finally, make sure that your components have 3D models linked to them.
