Unable to update to Fusion Team and Folder-Level Project

Dear Dan Banach,
I'm a educator in the netherlands. All my students are working on Fusion 360 with an educational license.
I'm logged in as a Teacher/educator with my account. I still can't use the folder level project, because i'm missing the option of 'folder permissions. Please can you help me.
I'm a teacher at a dutch school, ROC Da Vinci College, Dordrecht, The Netherlands and we are registered as educators.....
Already thanks for your reply!
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
with kind regards,

Hans van der Zee

@Hansvanderzee

I wonder if you’re still on a Single-User Storage instead of a Fusion Team. Can you please go to https://login.autodesk360.com and sign in using your Autodesk ID. If the URL starts

with https://myhub.autodesk360.com, then you are using single-user storage. Click here for instructions on how to transfer Fusion 360 projects from Single User Storage to a Fusion Te....

Please let us know what you find.

Thanks,

-Dan

Dear Dan Banach,

First of all, thank you for your quick reply!

You were right, I was working in my single user storage.

My new problem is that I can not start a new Team, when I try to do that, I got the following message:

Thanks again for your reply!

Kind regards,

Hans van der Zee.

Hi @Hansvanderzee

When you go through the process of transferring the projects to your Fusion Team, you should be prompted to create a new Fusion Team. You can start the process by going to the Fusion Team Hub Onboarding site.

After the projects have been transfer to your new Fusion Team., in Fusion 360, on the top-left corner click on the Fusion Team switcher and you should now be able to make your Fusion Team current. Then any new projects that you create should be Folder-Level Projects.

Hope this helps.

Dear Dan,

It is not possible to me to start a new Team, I always got the same pop-up:

Hansvanderzee_1-1662665451970.png

When I try to start a Team through the link you send me, i'm also not possible to create a new Team . It seems like I'm not allowed to start a Team.... see printscreen beneath:

I'm always directed straight to http://myhub. autodesk ..... and can not login to:

https://login.autodesk360.com , when I try to do that, i'm again automatically directed to http://myhub.autodesk360.com?

Do you have any idea, why this is happening?

Again thanks for your reply!

kind regards,

Hans vd Zee.

Hi @Hansvanderzee

I wonder if you're running a Personal license of Fusion 360. When you log into Fusion 360, at the top-left corner, does it state (Education License)?

When you log into https://myhub.autodesk360.com, please reply to this post and give me the full url (hub name).

If you're in a trial, please go through these step.

  1. Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility
  2. The get or update your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product"
  3. Then click "ACCESS"

  4. Sign out and back into Fusion 360

Thanks,

-Dan

and after clicking Let's Go then directed to:

Hi @Hansvanderzee

I wonder if you're a Project Contributor for this Single-User Storage. Is it possible that someone invited you into this project?
When you browse to your Single-User Storage site on the web, what is the url, i.e. myhub.autodesk.com/ue297566d

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @Hansvanderzee
I checked with the Fusion Team, and they saw a BIM 360 Team that is tied to your account. Are you using BIM 360 Team? If not, it's possible that this was created by accident. If your not using BIMM 360, the Fusion Team will close BIM 360 and create a Fusion Team for you. Please let me know.

Thanks for your patience as we work through this.

Dear Dan,
I think thats a mistake, i’m not using BIM. It would be very nice if they could change this in a Fusion Team account.
Thanks already!
Greetings,
Hans vd Zee

Thanks for confirming that you’re not using BIM. I’ll ask the team to change the BIM site to a Fusion Team.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi @Hansvanderzee
The Fusion Team locked the BIM 36o Team, can you please try to update to a Fusion Team now and let me know if you had success? Thanks for your patience as we figure this out.
