Students' Expired Fusion 360 License

We are having the same issue.

Today though, it is telling my students that they have Educational Access, but then when they open Fusion 360 it tells them that they are expired.  Monday Feb 27 it worked somewhat, but today (Wednesday March 1) it doesn't work.

Hi @kent.carlson

After your students confirmed their eligibility, they still need to acquire an Education license of Fusion 360 (it's not automatically granted). Please ask your students to do the following.

  1. Navigate to Autodesk Education site (Chrome browser is recommended).
  2. To acquire or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Then click "ACCESS" (you can cancel the download, this is not needed).

  1. Launch Fusion 360.
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

Please let me know if this solves the issue.

Thanks,

I just tried again with a student.  What happens is that it says "You're Confirmed!" and then when they click Get Autodesk Software, it doesn't change to Get Product.  It just stays as Get Started, and then it again says "You're Confirmed!".  We tried signing out and signing back in.  We're using Chrome.  I have been using Fusion 360 as a teacher for 4 years, so I am familiar with the process of renewing licenses.  It just seems to not be working properly the last couple days.
