Question about getting result from probe inspection on HAAS machine

Hello guys!

I am trying to get the probe inspection result through net share on HAAS Mill machine.

I can find the result on the left, but I cannot pull up.

Is there anyone what the reason is?

Thank you!

Hi. I’m looking into this and I’m hoping I can get one of the members from that team to stop by and help out. It may not be until tomorrow now as those members are based in the UK.

thanks,

Hi @shin243@kellings messaged me- I'm part of the team in the UK.

When we import the results file from Fusion Team we filter based on the file extension to try to make sure that you only see files of the right type.  The intention is good- it should make the process smoother and easier- but it's gone wrong here.

The filtering doesn't recognize your files as results files, probably because of the file extension.  Either it's a file extension we didn't expect, or it's a bug and we are missing some file extensions.

Do you know what type of file extension the results file has?

Workaround.  Make sure you have local copy of the results file on your own computer, and use 'Select from my Computer.'  Navigate to the file and import it (the search function here is more transparent and uses *.*)

Please let us know the file extension on your results files, and we will try to improve the selection from Fusion Team.
