Persistent errors when attempting to verify stedent eligibility

bhansen1ZUJFL_0-1665148646440.png

I am getting about 10 of my 150 students that have this error every time they try to verify eligibility using their student transcript.  If they try 2 days later the same error is appearing.  Is there anything that could be causing this?

@bhansen1ZUJFL
Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Unfortunately, there seems to be some issue, but unfortunately, I cannot help with it here.
If it is persisting (as it seems to be), you will need to reach out to education support from the following link: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support

Hopefully, your students will be able to use the trial version of Fusion 360 (if they haven't used it up) which will get them up and running until the issues are sorted.

Hi @bhansen1ZUJFL

By chance, did you assign licenses to your students? If so, they won't need to go through the eligibility process. They just need to accept the invitation through an email that they'd receive. Here is an article that walks through this process "Educator’s guide to onboarding and offboarding students"

If your students are getting their own license, then Oliver's suggestion is correct. Our team is not able to fix this issue, but the Education Support Team should be able to. I'd recommend using the Live Chat option.

Hope this helps.
