Online version is buggy

Not sure what is going on when I am using the online version of fusion 360.  This never happened before.  Worried that my students will get real frustrated.

Hi @jrastoka Something seems odd here compared to my experience. Was this a one off sort of behavior, or is it frequently like this for you? I've had pretty good luck with it. I taught for a period of time and had 3 sections of students that used Chromebooks. For the most part I don't think they even realized that Fusion wasn't running on their computer.

This was on my desktop. I was trying to show them what it should look
like. I think I fixed the problem by setting it to DirectX9, but I will
not know until the students check tomorrow on their chromebooks.

Hi @jrastoka 

I just tested the online version and it worked fine for fine. A question and an idea.

  1. Can you confirm your internet speed?
  2. This could be graphics related. 
    1. From your Fusion 360 preferences, please try to change the Graphics Driver to "DirectX 9"
      1. Upper-right corner of the screen click on you initials or profile picture > Preferences.
      2. In the default General settings area, change the Graphics driver to "DirectX 9"
      3. Restart Fusion.
  3. If the Fusion 360 Graphics setting option does not work, please try to update the computers' graphics driver.
    1. Restart the computer and see if this helps.

Once we change to directx 9, it seems like the problem is fixed.
