No data in post processor library

The Fusion library shows no data for post processors. Hence, I cannot view the NC program. I'm getting an error: 'Invalid post processor configuration'. Please what do I do? I also have the "enable latest updates" button uder preferences checked. But that isn't working either. I am using an educational license.

Hi @danjuma_deborah

Where you previously using Cloud Libraries? If so, on the top-right corner of the Fusion screen click on your Profile picture > Preferences. On the left column click on Manufacture. Ensure that Enable Cloud Libraries is checked.

Can you please post a screen shot showing when you can't see any post processors in your list?

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi @danjuma_deborah  You are connected to the internet while trying to post, correct?

You could also go to cam.autodesk.com/posts and download the post and set that post up in your account as well. Do you know the post you need to access?

Thanks,

Kevin
