Hi Ed,

To clarify, when you click on the HAAS icon and then click on Update, do you get an error?

Hi Ed,

I learned that the avatar image need to be at least 100 x 100 pixels and smaller than 8MB. Do you know the pixel size of the image and file size?

Is this your Fusion Team, or a Team you were invited into? Can you verify your role in the Fusion Team? Here is an article that explains the steps.

Keep me posted.

Hi Ed,

Thanks for confirming. I'll connect with the Fusion team to see what may be preventing this. I'll keep you posted.
