Head of D&T and Lead Practitioner for Trust

I've started to get a pop up box called - Authentication Required

The server iboss proxy-caching web server requires a username and password

The software then freezes and I can't use it.

Very frustrating

Hi @drbausor 

Thanks for posting your question. I believe this message is about your network. A few questions and suggestions.

  1. Can you try to connect to a different network / Wi-Fi (a home network).
  2. Did this issue just start?
  3. Are others at your school getting the same message?
  4. Did your IT Admin change any network settings?
  5. Can also look at your virus software. Here is an article that goes through the details.
  6. Ensure the network ports, domains, and proxy server options are set correctly.

  7. Try restarting your router. This should clear any cached data.
  8. If needed, you can change how Fusion's looks at your network. On the top-right corner click on your profile picture > Preferences and in the dialog, on the left side,  click on Network.
