Thank you for responding.

It is actually full of different option mentioned in that guide.

I managed to try all that stuff and it keeps having the same issues after the last update v2.0.16976.

Hi @Lorenzo_colazza9

Thanks for the update and trying the steps in the article. A few more ideas.

  1. To rule our an install issue. Please try to run the online version of Fusion 360. Run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with).
  2. Have you tried to run Fusion from a different internet; school, home, friends.
  3. A few more items to look at:
    1. Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360
    2. How to configure proxy server and firewall for Fusion 360
    3. Configuring anti-virus software for use with Fusion 360

Please keep us posted.

I logged in via web and it works, but it's impossible to work with because of the slow flow and loading.

I managed to log in with a different network and having same issues.

I'm not running any antivirus.

Maybe it's useful for you helping that i can't find the appdata folder in any part of my drive to clear the files that could prevent the correct starting of fusion

Hi @Lorenzo_colazza9

Besides being slow, while running Fusion online were you able to open your files and work?

Are all the Window updates installed, and graphics driver updated? Also restart the computer.

Also, please try the steps in this article: How to do a manual reset of the Data Panel in Fusion 360 section.

If this doesn't resolve the issue. Please gather Fusion's log files and attach them to your reply.

  1. Clicking on the Help drop down arrow > Diagnostic Log Files
  2. In the Diagnostic Log Files dialog box click Open File Location
  3. Email me the zip file(s) Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip

danbanach_0-1691694267765.jpeg

If you're not able to do this in Fusion, try the steps in this article: How to manually collect diagnostic log files for Fusion 360.

Thanks,

@Lorenzo_colazza9

This feels like a connectivity, port issue. Is there another computer that you can install or run Fusion from (using your login credentials)?

Have you tried running the Fusion 360 Service Utility: Repair, Reset and if needed Uninstall and then reinstall Fusion.

Thanks,

-Dan

-Did the clean uninstall (control panel-uninstall fusion, enabled view hidden folders and deleted all the folders showed in the guide on my pc)

-windows has the latest update

-deleted the fusion installer that i used

-cleared the cache

-restarted the pc

-shut down the antivirus and firewall

-downloaded the fusion installer from chrome

-installed fusion360

-opened fusion

fusion works, as previously, but still get frozen inside the projects at the main start and does not open any project and does not respond to any input. it only show the grid. if I try to close the new project it only shows a white screen.

I'm really trying, and thank you for your patience, but the problem is still there.

I also updated to the latest version of fusion on my desktop pc and it works perfectly fine.

Maybe if it's needed i can allow to remote control my laptop.

Hi @Lorenzo_colazza9

For future viewers of this thread. We changed the Graphics driver in Fusion from DirectX 11 to DirectX 9 or Open GL.

On the top-right corner of Fusion click on your Initials > Preferences > General Graphics.
