Expiring in days.

Hi,

I've just noticed on the top left, just after the icon and the writing Autodesk Fusion 360, that it will be expiring in 29 days!

This is an education licence.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @andany22

Please try the following and let us know if this gets you your Education license.

To acquire a Fusion 360 Education license, do the following.

  1. Create your Autodesk Account in a Chrome browser in Incognito mode.
    1. Start Google Chrome in Incognito Mode on Windows 11 / 10 · Right-click the “Google Chrome” shortcut on your desktop and then select New Incognito Window.

  1. Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility.
  2. To acquire or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Then click "ACCESS".

  1. Launch Fusion 360.
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

Hi Dan,

And thanks for your reply.

I have been with Fusion 360 for years and remember having this issue before. I remember removing and cleaning the register or something like that.

Hi @andany22

Great question. For Autodesk Educations accounts, we require educators, students, and IT Admins to verify their eligibility annually.  After verifying your eligibility, you can then request software licenses for software like Fusion 360 (the license is acquired by clicking on the product card > Get Product > Access). The license needs to be acquired for each Autodesk software that you want to use. Does this help clarify the process and the why?

Have a great day.

Thanks, Dan.
I should be 'verified' already, as when I go to find the link to download Fusion 360, it will prompt that I'm already verified.

Hi @andany22

On the Autodesk Education site, when you click on the Individual tab, in  the Fusion 360 product card, does it show "Get Product" or "Get License"? If it states "Get License" your profile is set to IT Admin. IT Admin no longer get access to individual licenses.

Hi @andany22

That's good news. After you click on Get Product and then click Access. Sign out of Fusion, then sign into Fusion, and on the top-left corner of the screen it should show.

Please let us know if this is what you see.

Thanks for your patience as we get this figured out.

Hi @andany22

After clicking on Get Product > Access on the Fusion product card, does Fusion start to download?

Another idea, try clearing the login files and see if this is causing the issue. Here is a link to an article that explains the process: How to clear the login credentials for Fusion 360.

Please keep us posted.
