Drawing

I have a completed assembly file, I go to New drawing from design and it freezes.  I've tried multiple times, program is just crashed.  Can't click on tabs or anything.  It opens a white screen but doesn't generate the drawing view with border and titlebox.  I tried opening an old drawing it just freezes after I click a view on the screen.

I have the downloaded version, most updated, my graphics driver is also most updated.  Creating a new drawing is still freezing and crashing the program.  Any thoughts?

Hi @j3ng2ST98 Can you tell me the steps you used to update your graphics driver? Where did you start to do that process?

Can you go to fusion.online.autodesk.com and login to Fusion in a browser and try to make a drawing of the file there? I want to try to see if this is file related or hardware related, and that will be a good check to help us figure out where the problem is.

Thanks,

Kevin

I didn't take steps to update the driver, my tech support logged in as admin and checked for updates and it said the graphics driver was up to date and they redownloaded the desktop version of fusion 360 for me and it still does the crashing thing when going into drawing mode from an assembly file.

Did you test by going to fusion.online.Autodesk.com and trying to create the drawing there? If not, can you please try that? It will be a big help in tracking down your issue.

Thanks,

Kevin
