Cannot get fully constrained after adding polygon

I created a circle. It showed lock (fully constrained).  I then created 6-sided polygon.  I lost constraint as it was blue.  Then, I made polygon tangent to circle.  Then I made the polygon horizontal in alignment with the circle.  Then I made the non-tangent line vertical.  The polygon is locked down.  But I still do not see the "LOCK" in the sketch view showing this is fully defined and constrained.

Any thoughts?  How do I share my file?

Hi @jkotecha3 You can right click on your file in the data panel and choose Share Link and copy and paste the link here. Make sure it is set to allow downloads.
You could also go to the file menu (piece of paper with the corner turned down) and choose export. Then export as a Fusion archive file (.f3d).

Thanks,

Kevin
