Can’t Get Fusion License

Hi @dan.banach, I am facing the same issue for a month. I renewed my educational subscription last month and it is confirmed, but Fusion 360 still says expired subscription.

 

I want to try the solution you shared above. But,

 

1. In my screen it is not "Get Product", it is "Get License".

2. When I click to Get Licence, it opens a modal including download links and some other instructions. Can not see an Access button as your screenshot. And nothing changed by downloading and installing from these links, still says expired.

I wrote this issue to support but they can't resolve.

 

I couldn't understand what's wrong with my account, please help, thanks.

Hi @mburakkalkan 

It looks like your education profile is NOT set to Student or Educator. Can you confirm what your role is at your school and where you go to school or teach?

 

Can you also add the support case number that you were given for this issue?

Thanks for your reply @dan.banach my case number is 19584897.

 

I am educator in school, but also the IT admin. I don't remember exactly but I may have applied as IT admin. So, can that be the reason? Don't the IT admin accounts have educational usage rights?

Thanks for the reply. With the IT Admin profile, you can only get software for computer labs, no individual software.

Can you tell me which school you teach at and is there a website that can confirm that you are teaching? Then I can submit a request to have your profile reset.

 

I'd also suggest changing your the email in your Autodesk profile to your school email:  Change email address: https://profile.autodesk.com/security

Hi @mburakkalkan 

Your Autodesk Education Profile has been reset. Please do the following three steps and let me know if this solves your issue.

  1. Navigate to the Education Community page and log out of your account.
  2. Before logging back in, please clear your browser cache and cookies.
  3. Log back into the Education Community page.
