Unable to render Cloud with education license Issue?

I have a training license. When I come to the render setting page and select Cloud renderer, the render tab at the bottom is grayed out, it does not allow me to click. Normally, it should write 16 credits, but it does not. When I click on the local render, the render tab becomes active. Is there a new regulation about this? I would be glad if you help..

Hello @ENGİNŞANLI

In a few weeks I have also been reporting about this problem that the rendering interface is facing, I thought that this conflict was happening only with my installation, I observe that other users are facing similar problems.

This week some updates were implemented, I'm going to do some renderings to see if the problem persists, report back here!

Link to my publication can be found here.

@dan.banach  is also aware of this occurrence.

Hello, @dan.banach  thank you for your attention on this occurrence!

I've been investigating this since a week ago, some updates have been released, however the problem is still persistent.
My resolution so far for this occurrence:

The problem is persistent for some users of the platform, I have already found 3 publications with the same occurrence.

The tests I've done so far:

- The Fusion 360 update is the latest available from Autodesk.
- Already open multiple files to re-evaluate the possibility of a new rendering run, however the problem is also persistent for other files.
- Sign in as my educational account on a secondary workstation I have in my prototyping lab - I also have the same issue.
- All credit settings are valid for an educational account (this has already been correctly monitored).

All the attempts listed here in this summary that I made available can help the Fusion 360 support team find a way to solve these interferences with some users on the platform, I believe it would be interesting to make a summary and keep it pinned so that new reports are not duplicated here and also the information can be concentrated to find the solution for this occurrence.

Thank you for your feedback, I hope to cooperate with this operation.
Greetings from Brazil, Lucas Lira.

Hi @lucasliraAU & @ENGİNŞANLI

Can you confirm that you can render locally? We're looking into why the Individual licenses are persistent for your two accounts.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @lucasliraAU & @ENGİNŞANLI

To help the team figure out what is going on, can you please post your Fusion 360 Diagnostic file? Here is an article that explains How to collect the Diagnostic Log Files for Fusion 360

Thanks,

-Dan

Hello, @dan.banach

Fusion 360 has already processed the .ZIP files (Diagnostic Log Files). I already have the file here on my machine where can I publish it right here?

Hi @lucasliraAU & @ENGİNŞANLI

Can you please try to render to the cloud with Standard quality option instead of Final and see if this works?

Thanks,

Hi @ENGİNŞANLI Thanks for the update, glad the issue is fixed. The team made a change last night to how the system is looking at cloud credits.

@lucasliraAU

Can you also confirm that you can now submit cloud renderings.

Thanks,

Hello, @dan.banach

I've been watching and yes, now it's possible to run the rendering, can you tell me what could be happening, maybe a server congestion? or a priority queue for running the process.
