Subscription Expired - Read Only

[To better track the issue, Admin moved message to its own post]

Still saying expired subscription - read only. even after windows fully reset.

Hi @samaharjan 

Looks like your default Fusion Team / Hub is set to gmail358XXXX (owned by John M.) was set to Inactive. I changed the status to Active. Please try to sign into Fusion now. 

 

You are also the Admin for Fusion Team tamu3140, you could make that your default Fusion Team.

Hi @samaharjan 

For security, I change your default Fusion Team to tamu314. If you need access to John’s Fusion Team please ask him to change your status to active.
