Student unable to Run Fusion Online

I have my students registered and my groups set up.  However, when they go to fusion.online.autodesk.com and hit launch it prompts them to join a group but no groups are listed.  I have set up groups in my teacher profile and that is where I sent the invites from but no luck.  We are falling behind in class and need this resolved ASAP.

Hi @tbartonRC7FA

The group you created when you assign your students licenses, is not connected with the creation of a Fusion Team.

You can either have your students create their own Fusion Team or you can invite them into your Fusion Team.

Create your own Fusion Team.

  1. Run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com.
  2. Sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you tried to log into Fusion 360 with).
  3. You should be prompted to create your Fusion Team (name the team whatever you want).
Note: Joining a Team is not available for Education Account.

If you want to invite you students into your Fusion team, see the attachment in this post: Autodesk Resource: Using Fusion Team and Folder-Level Project in the Classroom

If the students are unable to create their own Fusion Team, please attach a screen capture and Private Message me an email or two to review.
