I have a student who was in the process of creating his account.  When it got to the "Create a Team" page he closed out the web browser.  Now when he tries to go into fusion360, it asks him to sign in using the web browser as usual, but then it brings up this screen and will not log into fusion360.MicrosoftTeams-image (4).png

Hi @clarkbd

Please ask your student to Run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with). The student should be prompted to create a Fusion Team. Then sign out of the online version of Fusion and then sign into the desktop version of Fusion.

Please let us know if this solves the issue.

I just had 3 other students who it never gave the screen to "Join a Team".  I know because I was standing right beside them the whole process.  They were absent yesterday, so I was getting them back up to speed.  Since they didn't get the "join a team" screen it did the same thing as the other student.  I tried your solution with them, and this is what we got. see attached! We never received an e-mail from any of them.  Something up with Fusion today?

Hi @clarkbd

It's possible that your network is blocking the emails. Please ask School‘s IT Admin to allow domains: Autodesk.com and the email no-reply@autodeskcommunications.com.

In the meantime, please private message me the students email addresses and I can approve them. I already approved flow*****.****. For security, I'll remove the image from your last post.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @clarkbd

I looked further into your Hub, and I saw that this week you invited 58 students to your Hub / Project. My theory is with this large number of emails being received at the same time, triggered the network to block these emails as they were seen as a threat. Adding the domain Autodesk.com and the email no-reply@autodeskcommunications.com

to the allowed list should remove this obstacle for the future.

I was able to approve 57 of the students to join your Team, they should now be able to sign into Fusion.

For the account vale****.***, this student has not finished creating their Autodesk account. Please ask this student to sign into https://profile.autodesk.com/ and they should be prompted to finish creating create their Autodesk account and password.

Let me know if this solves your issue.

Thanks,

-Dan

I just wanted to quickly give you a little feedback on your last post.  First, thank you!  Second, so far I have only been able to see one of my students that were having the issue, and it seems to have been resolved.  I'll see the others throughout the day and I'll let you know.  Thanks again.

I've been through the majority of the students with issues and they all worked.  I'll hopefully tomorrow catch up with the couple remaining.
