Stuck in login cycle

I'm stuck in a cycle of logging in over and over when trying to use my school's education license. I'll launch fusion, enter my log in information, it will load for about ten seconds, flash the unsupported browser error and then ask me to log in again. I have tried on multiple different computers at my university as well as unistalling and reinstalling fusion and nothing seems to work. Another student in my class was having the same issue and I believed it was fixed for him by either having someone from autodesk reset his account or his team. Thanks for the help.
