Hi Dan,

I am also having the same problem as everyone else about not being able to log in. Would it be possible to also reset my account if possible? Thank you!

Hi @cslondgren

Have you tried to create a Team Hub at the Fusion Onboarding site?

Please try the steps in this article: Stuck in Sign in loop or hangs when accessing Fusion 360?

If the above don't work, please try the following:

  1. Start an Incognito window in your Chrome browser.
    1. Start Google Chrome
    2. Press Ctrl + Shift + N keys together.
      Or
    3. On the top-right corner of the Chrome browser, click on the three vertical dots > New Incognito window.

  2. Run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with)

Keep us posted.

Hi @cslondgren

Please try the following.

  1. In an Incognito window, go to login.autodesk360.com.
  2. Sign in.
  3. You should be prompted create a team hub.
  4. Launch Fusion.

If doesn't solve the issue, please tell us the steps that you went through. For example.

  1. Create a new Autodesk account, and verify email.
  2. Created your Autodesk Education profile.
  3. Launch Fusion 360 and attempt sign in and create a Team / Hub.
  4. Or did your instructor invite you into their Fusion Team / Project?
  5. Other steps?

Please keep us posted.

-Dan

Hi @dan.banach,

I have not been invited to a Team Hub by my professor and when I click on join a team, I get an error message. I have already tried to click the link you sent in an incognito window, and I still get the error message.

As for the steps, I did all of the steps you listed up until step 3, where I opened Fusion 360, attempted to log in, but got stuck in the loop. I was never given the option of creating a team/hub. I have already deleted and reinstalled fusion 360, and that did not work either.

Also, is it mandatory for me to create a new team to run Fusion 360?

Hi @cslondgren

I invited you to my Educator's Team - Des 101 Project. Can you please open the invitation email and click Join Team.

The in Fusion's Data Panel you should then be able to Create your own team.

Please let us know if this works for you. The engineering team is working on the root issue.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @cslondgren

To help us determine the root cause, can you please post Fusion's log files from your computer?

  1. Start Fusion.
  2. On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the ? Icon > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files
  3. In the Diagnostic Log Files dialog click Open File Location
  4. Post the zip file" Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip"

Thanks for your help.

Hi @252481

Did you receive an email inviting you into your instructor's Fusion Team? In the email, you should have clicked on Join Team?

I was able to approve your access. Please try logging into Fusion now and let me know if you have success.
