Hi @lucasliraAU

You may need to change which type of Cloud Credits to use to Education. You can control where the Cloud Credits are used by doing the following.

  1. Click on the profile picture > Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences dialog box, click on Tokens and Cloud Credits > Under the Account to use section. You should have an Education option as shown in the image below. Is this the selected option?

Does this help?

Hi @lucasliraAU

Can you confirm the version of Fusion you are running. On the top-right corner of the screen click on the ? > About. The current version is 2.0.15022.

Try restarting Fusion 360. There was an update late on Monday that may be pending and you may need to restart to have the new Cloud Credit option take effect.

Keep us posted.

Hi @lucasliraAU

The issue may be that the rendering will use more than 15 or 16 cloud credits. This is the limit for rendering jobs with an Education account. Try reducing the size or quality of the rendering. Let us know if this helps.

Hello @dan.banach

I always work with a lower capacity so as not to exceed the limit imposed on educational accounts.
The message is fluctuating, sometimes it is allowed to access the cloud, in the next execution I am not successful.
