Receiving Error for Education Account for Over a Month

I have been trying to register for Fusion 360 as a student for over a month, but it keeps saying, "

Apologies for the delay. The verification system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later." I have waited many weeks and this error is still showing up, and I am unable to complete any of the work that I have. The error occurs when I enter my credentials for registration.

Hi @1078080 

Sorry that you're not able to get your license. Have you connected with the Support group? I'd recommend trying the "Chat with agent" option. This team should be able to help you resolve this issue.

Open a support case or connect with an agent

      1. Sign in with your Autodesk ID
      2. Click on Quick Links
      3. Click to Create a case or Chat with an agent

Hello,

Thank you so much, but I was unable to connect with an agent, it kept
saying I was in line, and never connected. I am unsure what to do next, as
I really need Fusion for school, and all of my files are still on the
account.

It looks like case 19715901 was created today for your issue. Do you have a different case number that I can reference?

Please try the Support Chat option again, this is the fastest way to get help. I'll also ask for team to look at your account.
