My students are having connectivity issues with the online version of fusion 360. It will load to 100% and then freeze on the white autodesk screen. They have updated their chrome browsers to the newest version. We have
Securly, but this problem just started occuring about two week ago. Any suggestions?
Hi @jrastoka
A couple more questions.
I'll ask the engineering team to see if there is a server issue.
Thanks,
-Dan
Hi @jrastoka
Can you ask your IT Admin to ensure that the URLs that Fusion needs are on the allowed list.
Please let us know if this helps.

Hi @jrastoka
Can you please ask your students to try to launch Fusion and if this fails, can you send me via a Private Message a few of the students' email addresses and note the time they tried to log in. Our engineering team can then look at these requests from the server side.
Thanks,
-Dan
I can do that tomorrow. We have class from 8:00-8:43 am est. I know one
of the students is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. (for security, the moderator removed the email address).
Hi @jrastoka
Sorry, the list is extensive. Below I listed the main URLs for Chromebooks (these were not in the original links above, I changed the first link to the correct one) and when Fusion is installed on a Windows or Mac computer.
Fusion 360 Chromebook - URLs that must be allowed.
Fusion 360 Desktop (Windows or Mac) - URLs that must be allowed.
Unrestricted access to the following domains (the following domains have anonymous access through the proxy server for installation)
