my student cannot create a project, says needs permission

I have one student in my engineering class that cannot create a project (the project button is greyed out and when you press it, it states that he needs permission to create the project)  I don't see how only one student in the entire class is having this problem and I don't know how to resolve this situation.  Any suggestions?

Hi @wright.sh

In the Data Panel can you confirm which Fusion Team is active for the student and what is the student's Role in this team? If his Role is Project Contributor, the student will NOT be able to create new projects.

Confirm the student's role in the Fusion Team by doing the following:

  1. Go to https://login.autodesk360.com and sign in using your Autodesk ID.
  2. On the top-right corner of the screen click on the profile picture and then click on Admin.
  3. Click on the Members and Roles tab.
  4. Search for the student and make the student active.
  5. Confirm the students Role.

Please keep us posted.
