Model disappeared from screen

Hi all

I was editing a model through the history bar, I have switched to another model to create a drawing

I returned back and the the model on the screen disappeared as soon as I panned it.

Then I saved it, closed it and opened again. The model appeared this time but as soon as I panned it disappeared again, each and every time I tried it

If you do not drag (pan) it it keeps on appearing but if you pan it disappears and does not appear again, everything else seems right

Can you please help me in this

kind regards

Hi @emre.ozturkBMMMM

Sorry that you're having this issue. A few suggestions and questions.

  1. Try restarting Fusion, if there is a pending update, this can cause some graphics issues.
  2. Can you confirm that the History Marker is all the way to the right?

  3. Is the top-level assembly active?

  4. Is this issue only happening with one file? If so, can you export it and attach it to your reply?

Thanks,

-Dan

Are you on Windows or a Chromebook? Does this happen for every file, or just one in particular?

Hi
I work on a Macbook pro
This happens on all occasions when I open Drawing module while working on
the Design module on a model or models
As soon as I finish my work with Drawing and switch back to Design and drag
the object on the screen, the object disappears. All other functions work
right except for displaying what is on the screen
My only solution so far is to close the Drawing module and quit Fusion360
and reopen it up again.
Everything turns to normal and stays normal until I open up the Drawing
module
This is time consuming but I am so far alright to get going

Thanks for the info!
In this case it may be a good idea to uninstall and re-install Fusion 360 on your device. Given that it is across all files it is unlikely to be at that level and is more likely to be a bug in the software at the install stage.

If you would like to confirm you can also send the file here or to me personally and I can check it on my MacBook to see if the issue persists across devices 😊
