How do you get students off the 30-day trial account?

I have Fusion 360 installed on 26 student work stations.  The students opened F360, and created student accounts, went as far as finding our high school on the list of approved high schools, but are still in a 30-day trial edition.  The 30 days is over.  HELP!!!

PS - I telephone number to tech support would be a huge value!!!

Hi @michael_ling

Thanks for posting your question. After the students confirmed their legibility, next they need to acquire a Fusion 360 Education license. Please have them, do the following.

  1. Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility.
  2. To get or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Then click "ACCESS"

  1. Launch Fusion 360.
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

For your Autodesk Education support question. You can create a support case or start a chat with an agent. The process is documented in the pinned post at the top of this forum: Resources to Help You Teach Fusion 360.

Hope this helps.

Hi @michael_ling

The image didn't come through. When replying to the post, try to copy the image to the clipboard and then paste it into the reply. Or save the screen capture file to your computer and attach the file using the Insert Photos option.

Okay, Dan, I have copy/clipboard/paste the screenshot. If you can't read
it, please send me your email so I can email it as an attachment.\\

And, Dan, Something else: The fact we can't even get a silly easy
screenshot to open up makes me worried that we can resolve other issues.

@michael_ling

I'm not sure why the images are not coming across, I've not heard of others having this issue. I'll email you.

Hi @michael_ling

Thanks for talking with me and showing me the process you were going through. I contacted the forum team to see why attachments are not posting when replying to a post via email.

I asked the team to look at your account to see what the profile is set to and if needed reset it.

I also let the team know about the students email domain and how it is different than your email.

I appreciate your patience as we figure this out.
