How do I delete a team with an education account

I'm currently using the education edition which only allows for one active team. I need this team deleted or renamed but I am unable to do so. All I can do is mess around with projects. The archive and create features for them. Additionally, I am the only one in the team if it is important. I tried talking to a support but just got trolled and led in a circle. First guy just wanted to stall and have me recreate my ticket for his section( I saved the logs but I don't have them with me), second person probably didn't know how and I missed the third one because I walked away after seeing the big line. Now I am unable to connect live support.
