Hi @j3ng2ST98

For the expired license, please try the following.

  1. Go to Autodesk Education site and sign in with your Autodesk credentials.
  2. On the Individual tab, on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Click on "ACCESS".

  1. Launch Fusion 360 (if you're running Fusion from a browser, you can cancel the install).
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of Fusion's screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

Let us know if this works.

THANKS for your help, I signed out and in and did all that ACCESS stuff, it still said expired.

I clicked on expired and it brought me to confirm educations access or something like that.
It then confirmed me until November 2024 but it still says expired. I see my files but there is no saving.

Hi @j3ng2ST98

After confirming your eligibility, you still need to renew your Fusion Education License. Did you go through the steps in my last post; from the Individual tab click Get product > ACCESS?

I'll also ask our support team to look at your account to see what may be happening.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @j3ng2ST98

The support team reassigned you a license of Fusion. Please sign out of Fusion and then sign in again. Let me know if you now have an Education license?

Thanks,

-Dan
