Environment library download issues

We run Fusion 360 over a network and the students are able to download environments when they are rendering products on the school PCs….but on my laptop, on the same network, I don’t seem to be able to download environments to render e.g plaza, field etc.. we are running the most recent version of Fusion…has anyone else experienced this issue? Is it a laptop issue, network issue or Fusion issue?

Does this issue also happen when you’re on your home internet? I’ve seen this when Fusion has a pending update or the operating system has a pending update. Please try the following.

1. Restart the computer and ensure all the Operating System updates are install.
2. Restart Fusion 360.
3. If this doesn’t solve the issue, run the Fusion 360 Service Utility using the Repair option. Here is a link to an article that explains how to How to launch the Fusion 360 Service Utility.
