Drawing doesn't working in Fusion 360

When I trying to sketch drawing

The drawing screen does not appear,

the FUSION 360 only works by clicking and dragging.

Even other action buttons don't work

Hi @kimdw356

Sorry that you’re having this issue. In the video I wasn’t able to read the message that appeared on the top of the graphics window. A few questions and steps to try.

  1. Please close and restart Fusion. It’s possible that a fusion update has been installed and restarting Fusion will complete the update.
  2. Can you confirm the version of Fusion that you are running? On the top-right corner of the screen click on the ? > About.
  3. Ensure all the Window updates are installed
  4. Ensure your graphics driver is up to date.
  5. Here are instructions to optimize performance in Fusion 360
    1. Select the Graphics Diagnostics command from the Help drop-down menu.

Note: Graphics card and setting information are displayed in the subsequent dialog box. If a dual graphics system is being used, make sure that the correct discrete graphics card is in use. See the following link for further information on diagnosing problems on dual graphics card systems: Fusion 360 displays "Your graphics card might not be optimal to run Fusion 360" warning or crashes o....

    1. If the graphics driver date is outdated, update the drivers to the latest version. See How to update graphics driver for Fusion 360 in Windows
    2. Enable (check) the "Limit all effects to provide optimum performance" option. Enabling the option automatically configures the settings and preferences in Fusion 360 for optimal performance at the cost of visual fidelity.

Hi @kimdw356

I'm closing this post as it has been duplicated in the Drawings forum. Please don't post the same question in multiple forums, as this duplicates our efforts.

Thanks,

-Dan
