@SuncoastTechnicalCollege Did that knowledge network article help at all? Are you having this issue at home or at school?

Hi @SuncoastTechnicalCollege

To see if the install is the issue, please try to run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with). If the images are not showing in the Data Panel, then this points to a network issue or it could be the virus software blocking Fusion.

If the virus-scanning software is blocking Fusion 360, you will need to modify the security settings or temporarily disable the virus-scanning software, and then run the installer again. See Configuring anti-virus software for use with Fusion 360

Keep us posted.

USING WEB Based Fusion - wow I'm on school computer desktop and everything works great _ I see all pics not too slow on mfg regens

I'll see if I can update models to trigger any possible server alerts

I was looking at fixes on knowledge - I see that its mentioned that Fusion uses a Chrome based browser.  I know our district is blocking Google cloud. I have a Google classroom last couple of years. Now I cant access anything in Google cloud as they are BLOCKING Google cloud

This is a great indicator that things Fusion needs are being blocked on your school network. I'll post a link to a document of sites and ports that need access for Fusion to run.
