So I've been having problems with the spit body tool. Like sometimes it works flawlessly and sometimes it gives me a error that logically doesn't make sense because I'm legit seeing the intersection and the red cut line sees the intersection as well. When I do a different approach with solid extrude cut, it gives me another error message saying that the cut would be too small and insignificant enough. I wish so badly that there would be a override button to this because I've pretty much had it with error messages that legit don't need to exist.
