Hi @antonio.akue

Sorry that you're having this issue. Have you asked your IT Admin to add the domains that Fusion 360 needs to be allowed? See this Ports and Domains article

Unrestricted access to the following domains (the following domains have anonymous access through the proxy server for installation)

  • *.autodesk.com
  • *.autodesk360.com
  • *.google-analytics.com
  • *.akamaiedge.net
  • *.appstreaming.autodesk.com

Also, can you try to log into Fusion from a home wifi?

Please keep us posted.

-Dan

I've added this to my network proxies and the problem still occurs  and i've changed the port to 80 and 60

Hi @antonio.akue

Can you confirm that all the domains in the Ports and Domains article are on your allowed list?

Thanks,

Hi @antonio.akue

Can you try to join the Wi-Fi via a hotspot from your phone, and then try to log into Fusion and see if this helps? This will help determine if this is a network setting. I'll also ask our engineering team for their input.

Thanks for your help in figuring out what is going on,

-Dan

Hi @antonio.akue

I wanted to  check-in and see if adding the new URLs to your allowed list, solved the Sign In issue?

If the issue still exists, please collect and send us the Fusion 360 log files.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @antonio.akue

Were you able to Sign into Fusion? If so, do you know which URL was preventing you from signing in?

Thanks,

-Dan
