Can't access Fusion 360.

[Admin moved post to a new thread, this issue is different than the original]

So frustrating.  I cant access Fusion today either.   i go and open the app - asks me to sign in - doesn't work and is supposed to send me to the web browser, that does not work either.  I search and open a link for logging into fusion 360, when i do i get this message:

What is the answer to reference 112??

Hi @jmackniak

Sorry you're having this issue. I'm not seeing any issues with your account or Fusion. Is it possible that your IT Admin made a change to the network?

A couple things to try.

  1. Can you sign in and run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with)?

  2. Can you please try the steps in this article: "Sign in Failure: There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360".

Please keep us posted.

Hi @jmackniak

Can you please try to sign into your Fusion Team at https://login.autodesk360.com and let us know if you have success?

Also, I can also see that you only have a Personal Hub / Single-User Storage. Can you try to create a Fusion Team via the Fusion Onboarding site? Then sign into Fusion.

From this same site, you can also transfer your Single-User Storage projects to your Fusion Team.

Please keep us posted.
