Autodesk Forceeffect: Some error occurred during the save.

Dear sir/madam,

 

I am unable to save my progress, I have been doing this two times over now and I am getting pretty frustrated. I have saved the file once, so I do not have to start from zero, however it's not saving anymore:

Some error occurred during the save.

Please Help.

This might be something specific to the app you are using or some issue on your device. Can you give us a better idea of how you are saving (to A360?) and how you are using ForceEffect (ForceEffect, ForceEffect Motion, iOS, Android, web app) 

 

 

If on iOS or Android, which version are you running? At this point it's not clear what's happening but with more info we can try to recreate the issue and see if we can help.

The same me, the same problem, I can not save my work. I started the same job a few times and the problem still occur.

I am using MS Windows 10, chrome browser and static mode of Forceeffect.

I have the same problem. I am using MS Windows 10, browser chrome and static application mode.

It is frustrating and very common trouble.

I had this issue even I tried to post something on this forum.

I have the same problem. Win 7 / Chrome. 

 

The error is directly related to the state. If the state is indeterminate then I can save it. if the state is overconstrained then I cannot save. 

 

Does this condition exist with the others?

For me it occurs when there is a background picture. If I remove the
picture then typically I can save

This is happening since long without image or with. This is a bug Autodesk don't want to remove. Why you should keep this product if you can't effort to remove this bug?

PiusPatel, the models that I have tried without backgrounds have most
definitely saved using Chrome on Windows 10. As this app is free Autodesk
probably won't divert many resorces to It. It is a very annoying bug which
may deter non-paying customers from using it again, but as its free I may
be tempted to use it again. I dont see any free alternatives yet.
