Account access issue in fusion 360 when using education licens account

Hi, im using window 11 and having a problem with account login on fusion 360. Everytime i try to login with education account it will keep take me back to same login page over and over.  I have no problem when login to autocad use education account, it work just fine and have no problem either when login to fusion 360 use personal free account. I have try to reinstall it many time but it seem not to fix the issue. I also try put the fusion 360 to window firewall allow list but not helping either.  Also when i have autocad that were login to education account left open at the same time i try to open  then fusion 360. it will just get error on autocad that licens not found then it will logout me and need to login to autodesk desktop app again. So i have no idea how to fix this problem.

Having pretty much the same issue.

Says i'm confirmed for education use.  (i'm am writing on behalf of a student crisliannyXXXXXXXXX [For security, Admin removed the full email address] this is the account with th...

 

but when i try to launch the desktop app, it forces me to log in on the web then starts the app and then kills the desktop app and the browser page lets me know i'm still logged in do i want to launch the app.

repeat, repeat, repeat.

Unable to get fusion to actually stay launched.  latest version and rebooted computer

Hi @philryland 

I just approved the access for  crislianny...

Can you confirm if this student can now log in, and if they saw an email from Autodesk to join the Team. They must click on "Join Team"
