504 Gateway Timeout

We are consistently getting "504 Gateway Timeout" (or never loading white pages) from our students when trying to access the online version of Fusion 360 for chromebooks.   We have tried on the school network as well from educators home networks and same issues occur.

We can't use the product at all at this time.  The last url attempted by the browser is https://fusion.online.autodesk.com/login

Sorry to hear about this. We noticed a glitch that has already been resolved. Can you please try again?

As of now yes it is working, we will try again tomorrow during classes to see if it reoccurs during class time. Is this frequent? We saw this on Tuesday this week about the same time, during our 8th period class (EDT 13:40-14:15pm (GMT-5)).

It looks like its happening again, is this a daily occurrence where Fusion online is just unavailable for schools to utilize? Every time our teachers attempt to utilize the product, it just isn't loading, we get a "504 Gateway Time-out" error.

We are having the same issue at our school.

We'd need to do screen sharing and check what's happening. Unlike last Thursday, we are not seeing issues on our monitors, so we need to understand the problem better.

Please send me an email to guillermo.melantoni@autodesk.com if you agree to a screen sharing session.

Thanks, and sorry for the issues you are facing.

Hi, it would be very useful to do screen sharing and see the issue while we check the browser's console. We don't see problems on our dashboards (like we did last Thursday).

If you have time to do a 15 minute session, please send me an email to guillermo.melantoni@autodesk.com and we can coordinate.

Thanks, and sorry for the issues you are facing.

Hi @afc9169

The team found an issue with a server on the west coast and is redirecting the traffic to a different server. This will start to fix this issue. Please keep us posted.

Thank you for looking into this. We have been working on something else in
class the last few days, so we have not been attempting to load Fusion. We
will be back to it next week, so if the problem arises again, I will keep
you informed.
