3 point curve

I have the free personal version.  How do I draw a 3 point curve?  Can I do it in this version?

Hi @gregdeemer1 You have access to create a 3 point arc. 

First you need to create a sketch by clicking the new sketch icon

Then under the create menu, you will find an arc heading with a flyout that includes the 3 point arc option.
