Hallo,

ich beschäftige seit kurzem mit Fusion 360, um heraus zu finden ob dieses System für ein

geplantes Startup in Frage kommt.
Ich bin seit 17 Jahren Konstrukteur und meine Wurzeln liegen im Formenbau.
Erfahrungen habe ich schon mit verschiedenen CAD Systemen gemacht.
Mechanical Desktop, thinkdesign, SolidWorks, ZW3D, Inventor, seit 3 Jahren Creo Parametric.
Nach anfänglicher Begeisterung bin ich dann aber auf elementare Probleme gestoßen und hänge erst einmal fest.

Da ich in Zukunft vermehrt mit importierten Daten arbeiten werden muss, habe ich Fusion 360 daraufhin getestet.
Es sind viele Punkte die die Formtrennung betreffen da es sich um eine dem Formenbau ähnliche Anwendung handeln wird.
Ich habe bei den folgenden Punkten viel Zeit aufgewendet um eine Lösung in der Community oder auf eigenen Wegen zu finden, habe aber leider keine Lösung gefunden.

Anbei eine Liste meiner offenen Fragen:
1. Verschieben der importierten Daten in korrekte Position des Ursprung Koordinaten Systems.
Hier finde ich keinerlei nützliche Funktion
2. Mit der Funktion "Fläche-Ändern-Lösen" und "Fläche-Ändern-Heften" kann man die importierten Daten,
zwar auf Fehler kontrollieren aber dann fangen die Probleme an.
3. Wenn eine fehlerhafter Bereich gefunden wurde und man will eine Lücke schließen, hat man nur die Möglichkeit,
eine oder mehrere Flächen zu löschen und mit der Funktion "Fläche-Erstellen-Fläche" diese Lücke zu schließen.
Dies gelingt in den seltensten Fällen, und wenn doch dann werden Flächen erzeugt die selten dem Original entsprechen.
Hier beginnt schon das Problem das es keine vernünftige Analyse Möglichkeit gibt, im folgenden (Analyse-Problem) genannt, warum es nicht funktioniert.
Man kann nur probieren und probieren bis gelingt.
Hier ist es unabdingbar das man Flächen in ihre Ursprungsform enttrimmen kann und dann neu zu den umgebenden Flächen trimmt, wer schon einmal mit der Automobil Branche zu tun hatte kennt bestimmt den Begriff A-Surfaces, also Flächen die nicht in Ihrem Ursprung verändert werden dürfen.
4. Ein guter Ansatz für eine schnelle Formentrennung ist die Funktion "Modell-Ändern-Körper teilen" funktioniert aber ebenfall eher selten und man hat das Analyse-Problem.
Ebenfalls habe ich viel mit der Funktion "Begrenzungsfüllung" im Model und Flächen Bereich experimentiert.

5. Beim projizieren von Randkurven in eine Skizze wird selten eine geschlossener Bereich erzeugt.
Das aufheben der Abhängikeit ist selten ein eine gute Idee da schnell einmal eine Kontur verschoben werden kann.
Die Skizze muss anschließend aufwendig manuell geschlossen werden.

Mein Fazit, Fusion 360 ist im jetzigen Zeitpunkt für diese Aufgabe nicht geeignet.
Meine Hoffnung, diese Bereiche werden verbessert da mir dieses System ansonst gut gefällt und jungen Startupps die Möglichkeit gibt Kostengünstig zu starten.
Wenn das Interesse besteht biete ich mich an in diesem Bereich Verbesserungen mit auszuarbeiten.

Es gibt noch die folgende Funktion in Fusion 360 fürs Arbeiten mit der importierten Geometrie:

Prüfen -> ValidierenPrüfen -> Validieren

 

Hier noch ein Paar Infos dazu: 

Wir verstehen natürlich, dass Fusion 360 Verbesserungen in diesem Bereich braucht und freuen uns auf deine Ideen
Hättest du vielleicht Beispiele von importierten Designs, die besonders schwer zu bearbeiten sind? Ich würde diese gerne unserem Entwicklungsteam vorstellen.

ich möchte auf ein paar deiner Punkte näher eingehen:

 

1. 

- Unter Ändern -> Ausrichten befindet sich eine Funktion, die es ermöglicht, Körper im Raum neu auszurichten und eben an den Ursprung zu bringen. 

- Wenn die Körper alle innerhalb einer Komponente sind, gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, über Gelenke Komponenten an den Ursprung zu bringen.

- Wie von Pawel beschrieben, kann man auch die Validierungsfunktion testen.

- Man hat nicht nur die Möglichkeit, Flächen über Fläche-Erstellen-Fläche zu schließen, sondern Fusion bietet auch die Möglichkeit über Erhebungen oder Sweeps zu arbeiten.

Hierbei hat man den Vorteil, die Verlaufsführung selbst zu bestimmen und die Kontaktkanten zwischen G0 und G2 selbst zu bestimmen.

- Fusion hat nirgendwo die Funktionalität beschrieben, dass wir im Stande sind, Class A Surfaces (G3) zu produzieren. Man kann sich manuell annähern, in dem man die Krümmung von Linien anzeigt oder über die Zebra-Analyse-Funktion geht. Wenn allerdings G3 essentiell erwartet wird, dann müsste man ein Tool wie Alias aus unserem Hause nutzen. Fusion arbeitet im Surfacing und im T-Splines bis G2. 


4. 

- Gibt es eine Beispieldatei, die man sich anschauen könnte? Im Surfacing ist es oft einfacher, den Befehl Fläche teilen zu verwenden und nicht den Körper.

- Mit den richtigen Eingabewerten funktioniert die "Begrenzungsfüllung" ziemlich stabil. Der Körper muss allerdings durch alle Seiten wasserdicht abgedeckt werden können, sonst Funktioniert die Funktion auch nicht.


5.

- Auch hierzu würde ich gerne ein Beispiel sehen. Geschlossene Konturen werden auch als geschlossene Projektionen in neue Skizzen geholt. Wenn die Randkurven nicht schon von vornherein geschlossen sind, so sind Projektionen auch nicht geschlossen.

 

Wie gesagt, vielleicht lässt es sich ja an einem Beispiel ausprobieren, ob die Anforderungen nicht schon heute abgedeckt werden können.

vielen Dank für die Antworten.Zur Zeit befinde ich mich im Urlaub.Sobald
ich zurück bin werde ich ein paar Beispiele heraus suchen.Ich freue mich
schon auf eine gemeinsame Lösungssuche.Oft sind Wege der CAD Systeme etwas
unterschiedlich und man muss ersteinmal die Wege finden.Ich muss auch erst
einmal sehen wie man die Daten Austauschen kann.
Anbei einer meiner verzweifelten Versuche eine Formtrennung zu erstellen.
Ist dies die richtige Adresse und der richtige Weg?

In welcher Community has du denn da Fragen gestellt ?
Hier im Deutschen Forum gibt es zum Bereich modellieren mit Oberflächen fast nichts. Da musst du schon ins US Forum und auch dort musst du gezielt Fragen stellen.

Stelle mal Beispiel Dateien  hier in diesen Thread. 

Generell hat Fusion 360 im Bereich Oberflächen einige Schwächen. Die fehlende Untrim Funktion ist nur eine davon. Derweil Inventor deutlich mehr Funktionalität hat sind einige der Probleme in beiden Programmen zu finden weil beide den gleichen Geometric Modeling Kernel benutzen (ASM Autodesk Shape Manager )

Hallo,

zum Thema Validieren (Prüfen) von importierten Daten.

Das Ziel ist es offene Stellen zu finden und diese dann zu reparieren.

Mit der Funktion "Prüfen - Validieren" sehe ich keine Möglichkeit die offene Stelle zu orten.

Der Körper ist ein Oberflächenkörper. In dem Fall kannst du die "Stitch Toleranz" verkleinern and offene Stellen werden angezeigt in der Liste mit dem "Max Gap".

Hallo,
ich habe mit der oben genannten Vorgehensweise ein wenig herumprobiert. (siehe folgende Bilder)
Fazit:
Offene Stellen kann man auf die Weise gut finden.
Aber von einer automatischen Reparatur durch einen hohen Toleranzwert ist dringend abzuraten (siehe folgende Bilder)
Um dieses Teil auf der, meiner Meinung nach richtigen Weise, zu reparieren benötigt man die Möglichkeit eine Fläche in Ihren Ursprung, also ungetrimmt, zu erstellen.

Dies werde ich in einer nächsten Antwort dokumentieren.

Hallo Paweł,
um die Problematik besser zu vermittel versuche ich ersteinmal die Dinge klein anzufangen.
Als erstes hat, Peter Doering (NACHRICHT 9) eine Loesung fuer das ermitteln der offen Stellen gefunden.
Dies habe ich in (NACHRICHT 10 ) noch einmal dokumentiert.
Dabei ist zu diesem Thema noch eine Frage aufgetaucht die noch offen ist

Wo kann man die System Genauigkeit einstellen, damit sofort eine Genauigkeit von 0.02 mm voreingestellt ist?

In der (NACHRICHT 6) Hatte ich die Frage gestellt ob ich meine Daten richtig veroeffentlich habe.
Daruf habe ich noch keine Antwort erhalten.
Mit diesen ersteinmal einfachen Daten werde ich versuchen Step bei Step die unterschiedlichen Probleme verstaendlich zu erklaeren.

Ganz wichtig fuer mich ist zu erfahren ob sich die Muehe ueberhaupt lohnt?
Fuer mich ist es ein erheblicher Zeitaufwand, neben meinem regulaeren Job, ist die Probleme zu ermitteln und zu dokumentieren.
Wenn seitens der Entwicklung keine Notwendigkeit erkannt wird ist Fusion 360 nicht die richtige Loesung.
Zum Beispiel habe ich erfahren das die Moeglichkeit eine Flaeche wieder in Ihren ungetrimmten Zustand zu versetzen ist scheinbar schon oeffters
verlangt wurde.

Diese Tatsache ermutigt mich nicht sonderlich.

In diesem Beispiel habe ich einmal das Problem Ursprungsflaeche dokumentiert.
Hier wird hoffentlich verstaendlich warum dies so wichtig ist.

Hallo Franz, ist es möglich dass du dieses Bauteil hoch lädst oder evtl. auch als email schicken kannst ?
Ich würde Geren mal damit "experimentieren".

 

Lineare Skizzenprojektionen lassen sich vorzüglich durch extrudierte Oberflächen ersetzen und dann ist das Trimmen/Splitten kein Problem 😉
