Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe ein kleines Problem mit des Positionierung des Objektes auf dem Druckbett.

 

Kurz zu mir:

Ich kommen aus der reinen 2D-CAD Schiene, bin jetzt im Ruhestand und habe daher keinen Zugriff mahr auf ein CAD-System. Bis vor einiger Zeit habe ich eine 20 Jahre alte Version eines anderen Softwarehauses benutzt, zuletzt nur noch sporadisch. Dann habe ich irgendwann begonnen ein anderes "bezahlbares" Programm zu suchen und bin auch auf Fusion gestossen aber erst seit ein paar Wochen beschäftige ich mich ernsthafter mit dem Thema und Fusion ist der erste Kandidat, ob es dabei bleibt werden wir sehen. Nichts desto Trotz stehe ich gerade so ziemlich auf dem Schlauch.

 

Die Ausgangssituation:

Es existiert eine ältere (2012) STP Datei (vermutlich aus Autocad) die ich in Fusion öffne und eine Kleinigkeit (2 Bohrungen ein wenig grösser) anpasse. Diese lasse ich dann von Fusion an Cura übergeben, was auch augenscheinlich funktioniert.

Zu Cura ist zu sagen dass ich hier die Version 3.6.x verwende. Ich sehe derzeit keinen Grund die Version zu ändern. Für die gelegentlichen Einsätze (erstellen von Gußpositiven für Silikonformen) reicht diese vollkommen aus.

 

In Cura platziere ich das Bauteil mittig auf der Druckfläche. Danach geht es via Speicherkarte an den Drucker.

Bis hierher sieht das alles noch normal aus.

 

Danach starte ich den Druck, der Drucker fährt die Referenzfahrt und beginnt dann mit dem Druck ausserhalb der Druckfläche.

 

Mehrere Versuche mit unterschiedlichen Platzierungen auf der Druckfläche in Cura, Änderungen an den Einstellungen am Drucker, Verschieben des Objektes auf der Arbeitsfläche in Fusion führen zum gleichen Ergebnis:

 

Der Druck startet immer vorne links ausserhalb der Druckfläche.

 

Dann den Drucker ausgetrickst indem ich den Druckkopf manuell in die Mitte gefahren und die Referenzschalter manuell, also von Hand, ausgelöst habe.

Die Druckposition ist jetzt brauchbar.

Was dann aber von dem Drucker fabriziert wird ist vorsichtig ausgedrückt "gelber Mist" (das Filament ist gelb...) die Maße stimmen nicht mal ansatzweise, das Teil ist deutlich zu groß aber die einzelnen Lagen werden mit vergrößert, so wird aus 0,2mm Layer mindestens das 2-3-fache ohne die Extrusionsmenge anzupassen. Eigentlich könnte man sagen dass man durch das Teil durchsehen kann.

 

Der Druck meines Standardtestobjektes läuft aber, Positionierung und Qualität, wie gewohnt.

 

Daraus ziehe ich jetzt folgenden Schluß:

 

Das Problem liegt entweder in Fusion oder in Cura. Da die jedoch Vorschau in Cura ok ist vermute ich eher dass von Fusion irgendwas "eingefügt" wird was beim Slicen für Durcheinander sorgt.

Hallo Jürgen,

ich verwende nicht Cura, aber du kannst mal versuchen deine .stl Datei  z.B. in

https://service.netfabb.com/service.php

reparieren zu lassen, dann zu slicen und einen neuen Druckversuch starten.

Ansonsten kannst du auch deine .f3d oder .stl Datei deinem nächsten Beitag anfügen, dann kann ichs mal mit Simplify3D slicen und testen

Ich schließe mich Wolfgang an, bitte die f3d oder STL Datei hier anhängen. Ich Slice nur noch mit Fusion und habe keinerlei Probleme. Vielleicht in diese Materie vorstoßen. Was STL Dateien als Netzt einfügen in Fusion angeht und du es vielleicht so benutzen willst, wird dein STL File 10X so Groß dargestellt. Einfach den Maßstab anpassen mit 0,1, dann passt es. Simplify3D habe ich auch noch auf der Platte, wird aber nicht mehr verwendet. Der Fusion Slicer ist aber lange nicht so vollkommen wie Cura oder S3D. Aber um weiter zu kommen ist der Anhang deiner Datei der nächste Schritt.

Da reitet einer eine grosse welle? hahahaaaa.

alles eine frage der einstellungen.

kontrolliere mal in curaeinstellungen deine start g-codes und end -g- codes. auch deinen druckbereich

es sieht so aus, als ob du zudem noch die funktion in cura zum "vase  drucken" ---- eine einzelne druckspur eingestellt hast. druck zu gross -- hast du in cura die masse links unten gesehen? sind sie identisch mit den aussenmassen deines teils oder musst du skalieren? usw...............

das Problem muss am Drucker liegen, hast du denn schon damit erfolgreich gedruckt?
Ist der Drucker kalbriert?


Wenn die Layerhöhe nicht stimmt, ist der Wert für die Spindelsteigung falsch in der Firmware eingetragen.
Ebenso die Schritte pro Millimeter für X und Y.

 

Es sieht aber ganz danach aus, als ob du im Slicer einen anderen Drucker ausgewählt hast.
Dafür spricht auch, dass der Druck außerhalb des Bettes beginnt.

sorry, aber da sind ein paar "Baustellen" die eine höhere Priorität als Basteln haben.

 

Der Einfachheit halber antworte ich allen gemeinsam.

 

Und ich habe versucht ein wenig selber dahinter zu steigen.

Aber mit G-Code habe ich nie zu tun gehabt deshalb bin ich da am raten.

 

Ich hab den Druck noch mal angestoßen, mit dem manuellen Versatz, worauf sich sich das mit der Größe als eigene Doofheit erwiesen hat.

Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil. Wenn man statt 1:16 die Version in 1:8 nimmt...

Ich Bitte um Entschuldigung.

 

Die Änderungen in der Datei habe ich nicht gespeichert weil es nur eine Idee war. Im Nachhinein betrachtet erscheint es sinnvoller die Löcher aufzubohren und auszubuchsen statt die Buchsen direkt mit einzugießen

 

Damit bleibt immer noch das Positionierproblem.

 

Der Hinweis mit dem Kalibrieren des Druckers:

 

Ich verwende die Orignaleinstellung der Auslieferung, meine Testobjekte (kleine Sortierkisten) sind von gewohnter Qualität, an der üblichen Position, mittig auf dem Druckbett und Maßhaltig.

 

Daher würde ich das vorerst mal hinten anstellen wollen.

 

Ja, der Drucker läuft. Er hat schon fast 2km 😉 Filament durch. Wenn man dem Drucker glauben schenken darf.;)

Abgesehen davon war der über ein halbes Jahr nicht in Gebrauch.

 

Die Einstellungen aus der Antwort von Mango habe ich bei der "alten" Version von Cura nicht.

 

Eine STL-Datei existiert nicht. Die Vorlage ist eine STP.

Das Ausgabeformat ist G-Code.

Aber ich hab mal die STP importiert und als f3d angehängt.

 

Das Thema Start und End-GCodes ist daher glaube ich eher das Problem.

 

Die Datei hab ich mal als TXT-Datei angehängt. Als Step wird sie hier nicht akzeptiert.

Was mich irritiert ist das am Anfang 3x "G92" kommt --> G92: Bezugspunktverschiebung – Speicher setzen

Ich vermute mal dass das die Referenzfahrten der 3 Achsen sind?

 

Dann der G10 : --> Quick and Automatic Tool and Work offset

Was soll der da bewirken?

 

Das Problem fängt glaube ich mit der G0-Zeile an und setzt sich in den darauffolgenden G1 X-..... fort das dürfte so ungefähr meinem Versatz entsprechen

 

Hier stelle ich mir jetzt auch die Frage ob das Problem bei Fusion, also mit der Übergabe der Daten am Cura und den Daten selber, oder bei Cura zu suchen ist.

Hallo Jürgen,

 

im Normalfall braucht man sich nicht um den GCode kümmern.
Fusion übergibt auch keine Daten an Cura.
Mit Fusion muss ein STL erzeugt werden, dass von einem Slicer eingelesen wird.

 

Dein Teil habe ich in den Slicer geladen, zentriert und geslict:

Ich glaube nach wie vor, dass dir im Slicer ein falscher Drucker gerutscht ist.
Hast du mal überprüft, ob der aktuell in Cura ausgewählte Drucker mit deinem Drucker übereinstimmt?

 

Übrigens, dieses Teil kann nur mit Support gedruckt werde - egal wie du es plazierst.

den start g-code  --- der ist in den druckereinstellungen zu finden genau wie der end-g-code.

 

was du uns zeigst ist der g-code des stl-teils und der wird von fusion generiert. -- den lass in ruhe, bitte.

die drei G92 Zeilen beziehen sich auf den Extruder (E).

Hier wird der Extruderwert auf null gestellt.

Warum das drei mal geschieht, weiß nur der Programmierer... 😉

 

G10 und G11 betrifft den Retract.
Keinen Ahnung warum auch das drinsteht. Hat jedenfalls keine Auswirkung.

Hallo zusammen,

 

zwischenzeitlich habe ich ein wenig rumprobiert.

 

Um es vorweg zu nehmen bin ich zu der Überzeugung gekommen dass das Problem NICHT an Fusion liegt.

 

Ich habe eine noch ältere Version von Cura "reaktiviert", hier laufen die Drucke einwandfrei.

Das Ursprungsbauteil wo der "Ärger" mit angefangen hat als auch ein wesentlich komplexeres Bauteil aus dem gleichen Zeichnungsatz einzeln und auch als Mehrfachdruck.

Die Positionierung stimmt ebenso wie die Maße.

Die Version mit der es Ärger gab hat mal für einen (eins) Ausdruck funktioniert. Danach stand das ganze in der "Sommerpause".

Die Einstellungen hatte ich von einer zur anderen Version übernommen so dass ich der Meinung war dass alles passt....

Deshalb habe ich den Auslöser für den Fehler bei Fusion vermutet.

 

Auf den Hinweis zum GCode.

Das war ein Missverständnis, ich dachte es wäre der Code des Bauteils und nicht der Start-Code von Cura gemeint. Der steht aber auch gleich am Anfang des Codeschnipsels.

Und ich war hier über die 3 gleichlautenden Zeilen irritiert.

 

Letztlich ist das Problem in so weit gelöst dass sich herausgestellt hat das der Fehler nicht bei Fusion zu suchen ist.

Hier war ich auf dem Holzweg.

Aber hier über die Einstellungen des Slicers zu diskutieren könnte "off topic" sein

Hätte ich mir zu Anfang den kompletten G-Code runtergeladen, hätte genauer sagen können, was schief gelaufen ist.
Dass für einen anderen Slicer geslict wurde, hatte ich ja schon mehrfach erwähnt.
Da außerhalb des deines Druckbettes gestartet wurde, vermutete ich, dass es sich dabei um einen größeren Drucker gehandelt hat.
Der G-Code startet aber stets den Druck im Nullpunkt - egal wie groß der Drucker ist:

Im Nullpunkt starten in der Regel nur Delta Drucker. Demnach könnte im Slicer ein Deltadrucker voreingestellt gewesen sein.
Wenn du diesen G-Code in einen Delta Drucker lädst, wird auch das Teil im Zentrum gedruckt:

Eine andere Möglichkeit ist ein falsch gesetzter Nullpunkt.
Wenn in Cura „Origin at center“ aktiviert wurde, startet der Druck im Nullpunkt.
Bei einem kartesischen Drucker ist der Nullpunkt in der Regel links vorn.

Bleibt noch das Rätsel, warum das Teil größer gedruckt wurde, und die Layerhöhe zu groß war.
Im G-Code ist die Layerhöhe mit 0,2 angegeben, die Flussrate mit 100%.
Größe, Layerhöhe und Flussrate können im Druck eigentlich nur dann vom G-Code abweichen, wenn in der Firmware falsche Werte für X,Y und Z hinterlegt sind.
Der gleiche Effekt tritt auch auf, wenn Motore mit anderem Schrittwinkel oder Motortreiber mit anderen Einstellungen getauscht werden.

 

Es wäre schön, wenn du nachprüfen könntest, was zutrifft, so dass dieses Problem abschließend auch als gelöst betrachtet werden kann.
