Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for asking about that.

Yes, I know this is quite confusing and not really obvious.

You would just click on "Work offline" and Fusion 360 jumps back in the online mode.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

There was a problem like this last weekend with the Fusion 360 service. Autodesk published a support document here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/resolved-fusion-360-service-degradation-can-t...

If you've not got the latest version of Fusion, then perhaps you're experiencing this?

@Mike.Grau There are a couple of threads like this now with no help for a couple of hours, is anyone looking for a problem?

Hi @Anonymous,

I got in touch with @James.Youmatz and already replied in the post here about that.

Looking at the LogFiles it looks like this is a Network related issue since the upload and save to the cloud worked several times.

Let´s keep working with James, he was able to chase down the root cause of the issue.

Thanks,

@Mike.Grau I hadn't noticed all the posts were the same user. It's always a bit worrying when the cloud data is unavailable.

Thanks Mark
