I rendered this model several times and for some reason these black lines keep showing up and I cant figure out why. I also noticed its very blurry, or just not focused right? Im sorry, its my first render and I could not find anything by googling

What black lines? The tiny ones at the bottom? You just have to place your design properly to the floor. It looks like you've enabled depth of field calculation (DoF) and if you part is out of focus, it's rendered more or less blurry. You can adjust all this behavior in your scene setup.
