That's not much info to go on, but I'll give it a stab-
Fusion is cloud based. it doesn't save locally to your hard drive, unless you export an archive file.
try opening your data panel (the waffle in the upper left corner). Your file should be in there some ware.
@laughingcreek I am surprised you even responded to this post. I felt compelled to report it as spam.
@Anonymous If you want help post details. If you're frustrated, run a few rounds around the block to diffuse the anger. Then post.
Thanks for answering me mate,
Unfortunatly I do not find any of the files I have saved (on the cloud), there was a place some days ago where I was able to open my last project in the upper left area, but I have check every nonintuitive corner of this thing and found nothing, I just feel like a software stole me some days of my life now 😞
@TrippyLighting thanks for the tip, unfortunatly If I had to take a run every time F360 made me angry, I would have to quit my job, and I am a very patient person.
So maybe you could help me as I can find nowhere the answer to the most simple question, where is my files ? In the cloud ? Where is the cloud ?
Thanks
That information is all covered in the Support and Learning section. This particular information can be found in the "Manage" video.
The menu for that section is hidden in plain sight right on top of the Fusion 360 Forum page:
@laughingcreek ok thank you I just solved it, I had access to my last files in the last days because I had the wifi on the laptop but where I am now I do not have it, so I had to feed the laptop with the mobile's wifi. I would like to know the rational reason behind this genius decision of having a forced cloud based software.
out of curiosity, what is your offline cache in preferences set to? I can access any files that I have used with in the last couple of months even when offline. Also, don't forget that little clock shaped icon in the upper right will let you know if you are working online or offline.

If you're not happy with that cloud based approach, no one is forcing you to to use Fusion 360. There are plenty of alternatives out there. Probably not at that price point, but then, you get what you pay for 😉
But to elaborate on what are possible advantages of this cloud base approach:
1. it is very easy to collaborate with people in Fusion 360 without having to send files back and forth.
2. it is very easy to share information with clients and vendors that don't want to install Fusion 360 but like to view a model, or download a using in a file format they can use.
3. it is very easy to help people her on the forum because sharing files is so easy.
Of course, if your internet connection is not good and/or you are away from it for longer periods of time Fusion 360 is likely and unfortunately not a good solution for you. But then, it is provided for free for many uses.
