From the screen capture you posted, it would seem you are not using a Team Hub, it would seem you are still using Single User Storage. This is not recommended as one, it disables some major features of the Fusion 360 application, especially if you are on a Subscription License and two, it does not allow complete project management, especially with others. You may have a Team Hub and just are not using it. In the screen capture below, taken from the Fusion 360 Data Panel, you can see I have one Team Hub and am a member of three other Team Hub shared by other users. I have grayed out their names but left the first letter. You can see my "obsolete" Single User Storage at the bottom.
You mention you are a system administrator so you probably do not use Fusion 360 but even to administer it, you should create a Team Hub under your Autodesk Log-In Account. You can see the Create Team icon at the bottom of my screen capture. You can only have one Team Account per Fusion 360 Autodesk ID.
