In Inventor I often used mate or flush assembly constraint with offset. Fusion guides recommend align + rigid group instead. However fusion align doesn't support offset. How to achieve such connection in Fusion?

If this on an official Autodesk channel I'll have it removed as that is NOT a recommended practice!
A single Fusion rigid joint will fully constrain the two plates in your screenshot.
In Inventor you need more than one constraint/mate to do that.
