Anyone know what it is or means?

I'm interested in creating a new one (preferably via the API) so if you happen to also know how to do that, again: I'm interested!

It looks like a pushpin over the top of an assembly?  Here it is zoomed-in:

It indicates the component has been grounded.

Thanks - after you gave me the clue that the pushpin was not related to the icon, I worked out that adding an assembly to a solid changes the icon to those 3 stacked blocks style too...
