What is the best way to draw a "slanted" object (yet parallel to the x-axis)?

Sorry if this is obvious, but I am trying to draw and eventually print this handle:

I have read through a number of posts and watched a number of videos and I have not come across how to draw an object so that:

 - It remains flat against the xz-axis (Y-Up config), AND

 - has a 6-degree slant on the yz-plane (Y-Up config).

If I use an angled plane, I end up having to do a lot of trimming and filling.

My biggest problem by doing it this way, is that I am not sure how to go about filling in in all of the places that need filling in. e.g. backside of the object

Alternatively, I was hopeful that there would be a way to apply the 6-degree angle to the object after drawing. I don't know how to do this though.

Any help/suggestions on how to draw this is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

Your pictures of the part are not at the best angles - but check the attached file.

BTW - anytime you are tempted to use the Move command (as a beginner), you are probably doing something wrong.

That is really close. Thanks for the tip as well.

It is straight up and down on the right side side. The acutal handle has the angle symetric with the front face. Also, what is hard to see is that the interior needs to be solid as there is a 5 mm recessed from the bottom that supports a bracket.

Thank you,
