What I am doing wrongly with rigid group?

Dera all,

I have problems (or may I am misunderstanding) with rigid group.

As an easy example I have a cylinder and a cube. Both objects I select in the browser.

Then I make a rigid group out of both objects.

But now my problem. If I move either the cube or the cylinder with the 'move' command the other object keeps on its origin and does not move accordingly. I thought if I move e.g. the cube that the cylinder moves as well - but it does not - only the cube moves 😞

What I want to get is to 'stick' two components together in their current relative position to each other. Then if I move one of the components both components should move at same time. Hope it is clear what I mean.

What I am missing? Thanks...

You are probably not moving the Component, but the Body within the component. Usually not a good idea.

To select a Component in the viewport, you have to double-left-click on it.
